Paste text to see character counts with and without whitespace, words, sentences, paragraphs, UTF-8 bytes and estimated 200-character manuscript pages. Change the target and whitespace basis. Perceived-character counts may differ from submission rules.
Korean-oriented rules flag long sentences, repetition, date, amount and unit notation, and brackets. They do not judge spelling, facts or grant acceptance.
Whitespace cleanup, find/replace and copied line-break repair create proposals. The original changes only after comparison and explicit application. TXT downloads and explicit temporary browser saving are available.
Artist statement
Save an original and choose artist statement, artwork description, exhibition introduction, grant application or biography. Copy or edit manually to create a derived document, select and reorder sentences, or write in sections.
Derived documents and saved versions are kept separately from originals. Load a saved version into the working copy or create a new version. The current working copy is compared with its referenced original. There is no automatic shortening or AI sentence generation.
Statement stays only in this tab’s memory. Before closing, export the full JSON and check the saved file. TXT contains only the selected derived body; JSON includes originals, all derived documents and versions. Save the original draft as a version or cancel its editing before JSON export.
Input and storage limits
Each body is limited to 100,000 UTF-16 units, different from the displayed character count. Statement allows 10 original versions, 20 derived documents and 30 versions per derived document. Sources, versions, working copies, sections and active drafts total at most 500,000 units; workspace JSON is limited to 4,000,000 UTF-8 bytes. Excess changes are rejected and the previous state is preserved.
Privacy and retention
The current implementation processes documents in the browser and does not upload document bodies. Ordinary HTTP requests occur to access the site, and the hosting provider may process connection information.
Browser extensions, the operating system, downloaded files and the clipboard are outside this tool’s control. Deleting a browser copy does not delete downloads, clipboard contents or backups.
